What makes these rose products special?
At Diamond Rose Bears, we believe that luxury is in each detail. Therefore, we do not mass produce our bears. They are custom made per order to ensure that each product is created with the upmost attention to detail. We only use high-quality materials as these rose animals are created from special 3D roses which look similar to a real rose. Once an order is placed, we allocate an Artisan to create the rose bear which takes least three days to make. Our Artisans devote their time and love into creating these beautiful rose bears to ensure they are handcrafted to perfection giving that wow factor time and time again!

Are your roses real?
No, our rose bears are handmade with artificial 3D faux roses. These roses are visually similar from natural roses and create the impression of fresh roses. The faux roses are a soft decorative material used in various types of needlework. The faux material has a velvety texture resembling rose petals and is soft to touch. These roses will never wither or die!
Can I get a gift box?
Absolutely! When selecting one of our products, you have the option to include a gift box in your purchase.
An item added to my shopping bag was sold out and I really wanted it.
The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed during the checkout process. If an item is extremely popular and in limited stock, it might be sold out once you reach the checkout. An item added to your shopping bag is saved for a total of 30 days, however, stock availability cannot always be guaranteed. You are therefore encouraged to submit payment as soon as possible.
How do I assemble the gift box?
Your bear will arrive with an unassembled transparent display box which helps preserve its beauty. The box is easy to assemble the box and will only take roughly a minute!
A rosebud fell out, what do I do?!
Due to the handling and shipping of the rose bears, some of the rosebuds may fall out. However, a glue stick will solve this issue. Please use the glue stick with a glue gun and simply glue them back together. Alternatively, you can use super glue to stick the rosebud back together.
Some rosebuds were flat after receiving it. A rosebud has become loose. What do I do?
Please note that diamond rose bears are fragile, so please handle them with care. If a rose does become unstuck, simply use a small amount of glue to easily stick it back on. If a rose or petal needs an extra oomph, simply use a steamer or steam to fluff it up.
Due to the handling of the rose bears, some of the rosebuds may be flat during shipment. There is no need to stress as this is completely normal! The rosebuds are made of faux 3D material which is soft and delicate. Therefore, small areas may be flattened. All you need to do is to heat the rosebuds by using a hairdryer and lightly squeeze it to shape. And viola!
How do I take care of my roses?
Please ensure that you take care of your rose bear as follows:
- Please do not water the rose bear.
- If a rose falls off, please use super glue to put it back together.
- Use a gentle brush or hair dryer to remove any dust or dirt from the rose bear.
- Avoid the rose bear from being directly exposed to sunlight, strong air-conditioning, fans or vents. Hairdryers for cleaning are ok.
