RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will only be accepted for damage.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and photographs. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@diamondrosebear.com  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

SHIPPING

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping worldwide. Please kindly allow 3-7 business days for processing and despatching at our business centre before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Once orders are placed they cannot be changed or cancelled as our products are custom made per order.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 7 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 10 business days for dispatch. You will receive a tracking order, which you can follow from our tracking page.

Standard international shipping: 8-20 business days

***All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays


HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Average transit times to the United States: 5 - 20 Business days
Average transit times to International: 17 - 45 Business days

Please be patient. There are circumstances that are out of control (COVID 19, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products that ship as fast as logistically possible. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email hello@diamondrosebear.com All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at hello@diamondrosebear.com  If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

COVID 19 Shipping

COVID 19 has affected ALL e-commerce and retail shops. We are experiencing delays as we put safety first. In the last few weeks, we have seen a significant increase in our sales as people worldwide stay home and shop more online. With incoming parcel volumes at Christmas levels, the safety measures we’ve implemented in our processing facilities mean it is taking longer to process. While we are delivering in record numbers for this time of year, customers should anticipate delays. These delays are taking place across the world and are affecting the e-commerce industry. We thank you for your patience as we work hard to get your order to you.

  • Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your order to arrive. We wish we could be more precise with out shipping times, however at COVID 19 time, many things are out of our control. Due to a recent surge in demand for our Diamond Rose™ Bears, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery via our free standard shipping option.

Diamond Rose™ Bears cannot be responsible for unforeseen delays due to factors outside of our control. This may affect the delivery time, such as delivery driver breakdowns, strikes, inclement weather, natural disasters and other factors which cannot be predicted. This also includes the consequences of COVID-19 on e-commerce.

For international orders, Diamond Rose Bears will not be responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the shipping country. We have ongoing relationships with our suppliers in the United States, Europe and Asia. If the item you have purchased is out of inventory at your nearest location, it will be shipped from your next closest location.
